Wedding Elements was founded by Jenny Courtenay-Hall, an experienced event manager and award winning wedding planner, with over fifteen years experience working on weddings. She launched Wedding Elements to follow her dream of running her own business and to do what she loves most: creating dream weddings!

We are here for you, to help you plan your wedding, whether you would like for someone to look after everything, or just for someone to deal with the heavy admin, we are here to work around you and what you need for your wedding.

Wedding Elements is a proud member of the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners. We do not accept commission from suppliers or venues; we provide our clients with full transparency with quotes and we work only with the very best suppliers.

Hi, my name is Jenny, and I am the founder of Wedding Elements.

Weddings have always been a passion of mine; my first job at 15 years old was working at a hotel on weddings and I loved it. Even working away in the background, you feel the happiness filling the room, and being a small part of those precious moments is truly one of the best jobs in the world.

My career has always been in events, I have created and managed festivals, fairs, live shows, conferences, hospitality events, car rallies across Europe, private parties and of course… weddings. Wherever I went in my career, I always came back to weddings.

I live in Newbury, Berkshire with my partner Tom. I grew up in Lancashire and I’ve lived all over the country planning and running weddings and events, before moving to Newbury. It was Tom who convinced me to start Wedding Elements and he is my biggest support!

I love to be creative; and styling weddings is where I can really let that creativity out. I love couples who are looking for something unique for their wedding and aren’t afraid of bold colours. My wedding styling has been featured in ‘Your Glos and Wilts Wedding’ magazine, The English Wedding Blog and ‘Your Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wedding’ magazine.

I offer free, no obligation consultations to all couples who are interested in my services. If you would like an informal chat, please click the button below to get in touch!

I guarantee we operate a “No Commission” here policy

As a proud member of the UKAWP I can confirm we adhere to their code of business ethics and do not accept commission. We believe in a transparent and honest pricing system , and if we are recommending a supplier or venue for your wedding it is because we trust them explicably . I take clients trust seriously and so I promise to always act with integrity and honesty, I will respect your wedding budget at all times.

Did you know some wedding planners charge you a fee for organising your wedding PLUS accept commission/kickbacks from your venue or suppliers? In many cases the suppliers will add 10% on top of their fee to cover the commission paid to the planner, which means you are paying more for your wedding than is necessary. So when speaking with wedding planners, do ask them, “Do you accept commission and kickbacks”.

Stand with me and say NO Commission Here.
